Mrs. Lisa Dadush

Ms. Lisa Dadush, called Ms. D by her students, has been teaching since 2007 in both public and private high schools. Her passion for history has stemmed from her diverse background and love of travel. She graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY with a BA in History minoring in Secondary Education and African Studies, plus a Master’s Degree from NYU in Social Studies Secondary Education. She has held many professional roles outside of her classrooms and has been trained in multiple teaching styles including PBL (project based learning), BOLD (blended learning), and Layered Curriculum. Additionally, she has worked with the Facing History and Ourselves organization and Next Gen Personal Finance for multiple years.
