Mr. Josh Benshimon

Mr. Joshua Benshimon began his teaching career in the Mirrer Yeshiva of Flatbush, teaching regents biology while finishing his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. This single year experience provided the motive to continue on the educational path. After receiving his master’s degree in education from Touro College Graduate School, he began his first official year of teaching in DRS Yeshiva HS for Boys where he has taught multiple science disciplines for three years. Mr. Benshimon comes to Shulamith HS for Girls as both a 9th Grade Honors Biology and 12th Grade Environmental Science teacher. Mr. Benshimon is also a part-time law candidate at the Touro Law Center where he plans to use his legal knowledge in the field of Education Law and Biomedical Ethics. |
